This is a gorgeous authentic open style band ring from Tiffany & Co. by designer Elsa Peretti from her Full Heart collection it is crafted from 18k yellow gold with a high polished finish featuring a contour shape full heart set with pave diamonds. The band is open on one side of the ring and fit comfortable on the finger. It is signed by the designer with the gold content.
