This is a lovely authentic ring from Tiffany & Co. Crafted from 18k yellow gold it has 8 round cut sparkling diamonds with a stunning round cut green emerald gemstone in the center. The top part of the shoulder bands are also decorated with diamond. It is fully signed by the designer with the metal content.
