This is a lovely authentic pendant from Mikimoto, it is crafted from 18k yellow gold featuring a beautiful open vine and leaf design in the shape of a capped bottle. The top of the cap is a 5mm lustrous pearl and accented at the front center of the bottle is a 2 points bezel set diamond. On both shoulder of the bottle has a ring bail for a chain. It is signed M k18.
