This lovely authentic ring is from Mikimoto, it is crafted from 18k yellow gold featuring an odd shape lustrous Akoya pearl mounted on a slim frame with a bit of a twisted shape flowing down to the band decorated with 83 points round cut sparkling diamonds. the back of the band is in polished finish. It is signed by the designer with the metal content.
