This is an impressive image of Julius Caesar carved from one piece Carnelian stone, the base is in a lighter tone than the high relief carving of Caesar, it is set in an octagon shape framed with yellow gold surrounded with round cut sparkling diamonds in prong setting. It boast a solid gold frame back with wide open shoulders to support this large octagon shape top. Excellent workmanship, very detailed carving. It has the 14k metal content stamp.
