It is crafted from solid 18k yellow gold with a large oval platform and a nice granny and floral scroll open design around the bottom base of this amazing ring, the shoulders are also engraved with leaf designs. Mount on top is a stunning deep relief carving of a woman's bust, the cameo is set deep in an oval shape polished base.Â
