This is an authentic charm or pendant from Cartier, it is crafted from 18k white gold with a polished finish. A pin is attached to a U shape frame and a round disc spins on the pin. The disc has the words "I LOVE You" in parts written on each side of the spinning disc. It has a clip bail and is signed by the designer with the metal content and serial number.
