This is a lovely authentic ring from Carrera y Carrera, it is crafted from 18k rose gold with a high polished finish featuring a long filigree design leaf with marquise multicolor gemstones along one side of the leaf and has a 2 points diamond accent. The gems are, clear, pink and yellow quartz and an orange citrine. The leaf blends to the shank and tapered band. It is signed by the designer with the serial number.
