From Carrera y Carrera is this beautiful authentic spinner top ring, crafted from 18k yellow gold featuring a flower with double tier matte gold finish petals and a 20 points sparkling diamond in the center of the flower. The flower is attached to a high polished thick wire band and it is connected by a pin which allows the flower and diamond to spin around. It is signed by the designer with the gold content and serial number.
