At Jewels by Joy, we understand the importance of confidence when purchasing pre-owned, estate, vintage, and designer jewelry. Each piece is carefully reviewed, described, and photographed so you can evaluate its details and condition before purchasing.

Authenticity

Designer jewelry is represented based on the available hallmarks, signatures, serial numbers, design characteristics, documentation, and our experience with fine jewelry. When original certificates, service papers, boxes, or other documentation are included, this will be noted in the individual listing.

We do not represent an item as belonging to a particular designer unless we believe the identifying details support that attribution.

Condition

Most of the jewelry we offer is pre-owned, vintage, or estate jewelry and may show normal signs of previous wear consistent with its age. We make every effort to describe the condition accurately and provide detailed photographs so you can review the piece carefully before purchasing.

Any significant wear, repairs, alterations, sizing, or other condition details known to us will be disclosed in the individual listing whenever applicable.

Hallmarks & Measurements

Hallmarks, metal markings, signatures, serial numbers, measurements, weights, and other identifying details are included in our listings whenever available and relevant. Because many pieces are handmade, vintage, or previously worn, minor variations may occur.

Boxes, Papers & Certificates

Designer boxes, certificates, service papers, and other accessories are only included when specifically stated in the listing. Packaging or documentation shown or described as included will be sent with the item.
