This is a gorgeous authentic ring from Tiffany & Co. by designer Elsa Peretti from her Sevillana collection. The front of the ring has a large lapis lazuli carved O mounted on 18k yellow gold bridge flowing down to the band in high polished finish. It is signed by the designer with the gold content.
